Progeny Development, LLC was born from years of experience in creating luxury resort golf developments being directed into founding the most advanced building system, the HWS Composite Panel System. Today Progeny is combining the two by helping those with a true passion for their project united by a simple underlying goal; to improve lifestyle, through sustainable development, green technologies and the desire to make the world a better place.
WHAT IS PROGENY DEVELOPMENT
Progeny Development was created by David Oberle to bring the most advanced building technology in the most eco friendly manner to the world. David Oberle & Terry Horton began the journey to build a better building system together in 20110. After much discussion & research they established Horton World Solutions in 2015. In 2020, they succeeded in developing the most innovative, affordable and sustainable building system on the planet. David recently left the day to day operations of HWS and established Progeny Development, LLC to promote sustainable building with its core in using the HWS building system and supplementing it with various sustainable technologies.
